This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself.

Technical logs

Like any host, IONOS keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for the security and proper running of the site. They are not used for anything else.

When you contact me

If you write to me through the contact form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp, I use your details and message only to reply to you. Messages sent through the form and questionnaire answers are forwarded to me by e-mail and stored in my private management area, on the site's hosting (IONOS, European Union), in a folder that cannot be reached from the web and that only I can access. The site's e-mails (the book when you ask for it, and the notice of your message sent to me) go out through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), the e-mail delivery provider; IONOS's mail server is only used as a backup if Brevo is down. Brevo tells me whether the book was delivered and opened. An e-mail address is needed to receive the book; otherwise a phone number is enough for me to reply. Your details are never sold or passed on to anyone else. I keep these messages for no more than 3 years after our last contact. WhatsApp and YouTube, opened from links on this site, apply their own privacy rules.

Newsletter

Writing through the form or asking for the book does not add you to any list. You will only receive my newsletter after signing up and confirming your sign-up by clicking the link sent to you by e-mail (double opt-in). Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.

After you confirm, your e-mail address, your first name (if you give it), the language of the site and your answer to the optional box « I agree that Rudy may contact me about the distributor activity » are stored in my Brevo account (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the newsletter. Before your click, no contact is created. Once you unsubscribe, I no longer send you the newsletter.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
